ཨོཾ་པདྨ་ཀྵ་པདྨ་ཀྵ་བ་རུ་ནེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།

OM PADMAKSHA PADMAKSHA BARUNE HŪNG PHAT SVĀHĀ

If you recite this over clean water and then wash your eyes with that water, sicknesses of the eye will be purified.
