NAMO RATNASHIKHENE TATHAGATAYA ARHATE SAMYAKSAMBUDDHAYA/ TADYATHA: RATNE RATNE RATNASHIKHENE SVAHA

If you remember this at the time of death, you will be completely freed from the lower realms. At the time of transmigration, as well, you will be reborn as a celestial god of the thirty-third level of heaven.
