A Supplication to Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche, Composed for his students by Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok

A Prayer to Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche

Composed for his students by Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche

JIK-MEY TSÖ CHAY TSOM-PAY TER LA WANG

Master over a treasury of fearless debate, exposition, and composition,

P’HUN-TS’HOK LAP-PA SUM GYI YÖN-TEN DZOK

Replete with the good qualities of an excellent abundance of the three trainings,

PAK-YAY P’HEN-DEY JUNG-NAY RIN-PO-CHHÉ

Precious source of immeasurable benefit and happiness:

DREN-CHHOK PEL-DEN LA-MAR SÖL-WA-DEP

To the supreme guide, the glorious Lama, I pray!

This was spoken by Abhya himself, in response to the request of Chöpay.

By Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche.

Translated by Erick Tsiknopoulos.

Note: The prayer contains Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche’s name [Jigme Phuntsok Jungnay Rinpoche]. Fearless is the translation of Jigme, excellent abundance that of Phuntsok, precious that of Rinpoche, and source that of Jungnay.
