  • Technical Assessment: To facilitate a precise quote, please provide the total word/page count, desired timeline, and subject matter, along with the complete text to be translated, or 3–5 sample pages.

  • Quote Delivery: We will issue a formal quote detailing the cost, the estimated completion date, and the specific translation methodology required for your text.

  • Commencement: Upon approval of the quote, we will send a formal agreement to finalize the project’s inclusion in the Trikāya Translation Committee's queue.


Note: Standard inquiries receive complimentary quotes. Complex projects requiring deep contextual assessment, extended linguistic consultation, or research evaluation of particularly difficult classical materials may incur a $50 consultation fee. This fee is fully credited toward your project upon commencement.
 

For Tibetan Language Courses

  • Goal Alignment: We will evaluate your current study background, linguistic goals, and preferred schedule to ensure a personalized learning experience.

  • Curriculum Selection: We will recommend the appropriate Trikāya Academy track and hour package tailored to your specific level of study.

  • Enrollment: Once the track is selected, we will send an electronic invoice and formal enrollment details.

  • Initiation: Your first session will be scheduled immediately upon the completion of enrollment.

To maintain the focus required for high-fidelity translation work, we manage initial inquiries primarily via email. However, once a project scope is established, WhatsApp voice or video consultations can be scheduled to discuss specific technical or doctrinal nuances. What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer free consultations?
For straightforward translation inquiries with clearly defined parameters, initial quotes are provided at no charge. Complex projects—those requiring deep philological assessment, extended consultation, or evaluation of particularly difficult classical materials—may incur a $50 consultation fee. This fee is fully credited toward your project should you choose to proceed. For Trikāya Academy courses, all instruction is structured on a prepaid basis.
